After a sabbatical, Anthony earned his master’s degree at Holy Names University (1988–89). He then moved to Chicago, where he taught woodworking at Misericordia Home (1989–91), was a case manager at the Ruth M. Rothstein CORE Center of Cook County Health and Hospital Systems (1991–2005), and was minister of the Saint Ignatius College Prep Jesuit Community (2000–05). In 2005, Br. Although Anthony moved to Colombiere Center in 2011 to battle his cancer, he found time to care for many members of the Jesuit community. He donated his body to the University of Michigan’s Alzheimer’s research project.
