East Coast Jesuits Reflect on Pope Leo XIV

May 14, 2025 – The election of any new pope is reason for all Catholics to celebrate. The May 8th election of Cardinal Robert Francis Prevost to the papacy was especially historic because he is the first American to lead the Church. We have collected some interviews with Jesuits in our province discussing the significance of Pope Leo XIV, the 266th successor to Saint Peter.
