The Director of Communications leads all communications efforts for the Office of Ignatian Spirituality (OIS). This role blends strategic vision with creative execution—overseeing brand, digital presence, storytelling, and supporter engagement—while collaborating closely with Jesuits, Jesuit retreat houses, and Ignatian organizations. This role is a ministry of storytelling, connection, and imagination. The Director of Communication will help people encounter Ignatian spirituality through words, images, and relationships, shaping how OIS is known, trusted, and engaged across the Province and beyond.

The Executive Director (ED) leads Loyola on the Potomac as a mission-centered, financially sustainable Jesuit retreat ministry. The ED ensures program excellence aligned with Ignatian spirituality, a consistently hospitable guest experience, sound financial and operational stewardship, safeguarding, facilities preservation, and strong Church/community relationships. The ED partners closely with the Board, Jesuit leadership (including the Provincial Assistant for Spirituality).

The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC) is a Jesuit-founded Catholic national nonprofit that engages experienced adults age 50+ in service with organizations addressing poverty. IVC seeks a full-time Regional Director to lead its Albany-area program.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and support volunteer members (age 50+)
• Cultivate and sustain relationships with nonprofit partner agencies
• Lead regional fundraising efforts and donor cultivation
• Oversee regional operations, including budgeting, financial management, and office administration
• Promote IVC through public speaking, social media, website content, and community outreach
• Build collaborative relationships across diverse communities in the Denver area
• Foster faith-sharing and reflection rooted in Catholic tradition and Ignatian spirituality
• Ensure alignment with IVC’s national mission and standards
