Cura Personalis, caring for the whole person, is a cornerstone of the Jesuit mission. At the USA East Province, we support the development of our staff members and encourage employees to engage with spiritual, social and academic programs that will help them achieve their personal and professional goals.
The Ignatian Volunteer Corps (IVC), a Jesuit-founded national nonprofit dedicated to serving those in need through the talents of adults aged 50 and better, is seeking a part-time Program Manager for its New York City/North New Jersey region. This remote position is ideal for someone based in the NYC area who is passionate about supporting those on the margins and energized by community-building. The Program Manager will recruit and support both IVC volunteers and partner nonprofit agencies; manage essential office and database functions (training provided); promote the program across the region; and collaborate with diverse communities while fostering Catholic adult faith formation and Ignatian spirituality. Interested candidates should contact Becky Ehrman for the full job description and submit a letter of interest and résumé to Becky Ehrman, IVC VP of Programming, at behrman@ivcusa.org. Applications will be accepted until December 23, 2025, and the position will remain open until filled.
The staff of the USA East Province comprises some 70 men and women, who support Jesuits in every stage of their life and ministry as they serve their mission. Together, we are committed to helping others build meaningful relationships with the Society of Jesus and with the Gospels through Ignatian spirituality.
